ABOUT BARAK
Barak Training offers an engaging program taught by ex-IDF military personnel that equips teenagers with valuable skills for navigating life's challenges. Designed for schools, camps, and youth groups, the program is interactive, hands-on, and emphasizes teamwork, self-sufficiency, and resilience.
Participants learn skills such as navigation, time management, and communication, which are applicable to school, work, and personal relationships. Through challenging activities, participants develop greater self-awareness and self-esteem while building lasting friendships with peers. Raz Shreiber
Raz Shreiber is a project manager in
the high-tech industry and a former sergeant in an elite commando unit.
He brings his disciplined leadership and strategic thinking to successfully oversee complex projects.
Additionally, Raz serves as the Director of the Community Center for the City of Givat Shmuel, focusing on organizing activities for youth and young adults.
He volunteers as a training coordinator, sharing his expertise to support the readiness of new and existing soldiers.
Elad MeiRav
Elad Meirav is a former infantry company commander and current major in the IDF reserves, leading the Golani Reconnaissance unit. With extensive military education experience, including heading a pre-military academy, he has prepared numerous students for military service. Additionally, Elad is a successful real estate entrepreneur, showcasing his business acumen and achievements in the industry.
